Job Skills / Requirements

We currently have introductory and senior level career opportunities for Security Dispatchers based in our Spokane office. This position will be responsible for all dispatching duties company wide. This is a great opportunity if you are looking for career growth and stability.

Duties:

Ensure all officers are on site based off the current schedule

Maintain all communications between officers and supervisors in the field

Designate and assign response to alarm calls

Maintain a daily log of all incoming/outgoing calls and all activities during shift

Enter and update all schedules

Bring ideas to the table to help grow dispatching and make more efficient

Additional duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Must be able to multi-task and think on their feet in stressful situations

Must have the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established policy and procedures

Constant mental alertness and attention to detail required while being able to prioritize and follow-up on task

Must have excellent computer skills to include Outlook, Word, and Excel

Must be have flexible working schedule to include night and weekends

Must be able to obtain a Washington State Security License

Must be able to maintain confidentiality

Previous dispatch experience preferred

Military, Law Enforcement, or Security experience a plus

Starting wage $12.00-$14.00hr based on experience and potential
