Providence Health & Services Director of Clinical Operations in Spokane, Washington
Providence is calling a Director of Clinical Operations to Providence Holy Family Hospital in Spokane, Washington. We are a community of caregivers delivering every day on our Mission to provide compassionate care that is accessible for all - especially those who are poor and vulnerable.
In this position you will:
The Clinical OperationsDirector is responsible for ensuring successful day to day operations for HolyFamily’s clinical, ancillary and support departments.
The Director reports to theCOO/CNO and will be the on-site lead in the absence of the COO/CNO. The Directorwill provide direct supervision of Adult Med/Surg, ICU, AdministrativeSupervisors, and the Nursing Float Pool.
The Director will work with the COO/CNO toprovide consistent oversight to key organizational initiatives related to quality,efficiency and engagement and is expected to work collaboratively across ministries,departments and disciplines to achieve desired outcomes.
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Master's Degree in Nursing, Health Care or Leadership field
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
Leadership in team development and supervisory experience
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
- Process skills in LEAN, Six Sigma
