The etailz Digital Marketing Manager manages three independently functioning teams within the etailz Marketing Department department including Search Engine Optimization, Search Marketing and Inbound Marketing. This position includes the development of team growth to ensure that etailz is continually innovating and discovering new solutions for etailz and our partners. The Digital Marketing Manager works with internal teams to ensure we are mitigating risk and optimizing performance at all times.

Required Experience:


  • Manage leaders within the team to ensure their career development, exemplifying qualities of servant leadership

  • Strategic and visionary thinking to apply analytic data to concepts and develop new processes

  • Oversee budgets, income statements, and ensure profitability for the team and company

  • Accurately forecast sales velocity for partner promotions

  • Analyze campaign results, and transparently communicate results with internal teams and vendors, as appropriate

  • Improve process and testing to better understand impact of initiatives

  • Identify new growth opportunities for vendors to increase sales and brand awareness; communicate with internal team

  • Balance etailz requirements/priorities with the vendors' businesses and strategic goals

  • Understand and present the value proposition of etailz’s channels both internally and externally

  • Other tasks, as assigned


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing required

  • 5+ years' online marketing or advertising

  • 3+ years' experience managing paid media campaigns, with preference for paid search experience

  • 3+ years' experience with traditional SEO

  • Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills

  • Experience with using data to inform a product roadmap

  • Growth marketing experience, including:

  • Experiment pipeline management

  • A/B testing

  • Conversion optimization

  • Deep understanding of SEM and SEO, as well as increasing revenue through various promotional efforts

  • Ability to manage different teams while staying organized and hitting aggressive deadlines in a fast paced environment

  • Highly goal oriented

  • Works well independently and as part of a team

  • Nimble-minded and able to drive results without clear definition or established best practices

  • Able to manage multiple teams with disparate needs and functions

  • Laser focused on defining and executing on the KPIs that align with business goals
