This is an estimated 1-year + Contingent/Temporary position in Spokane, WA and offered through Volt Technical Resources. This is a part time administrative role, 20 hours per week. Flexible on hours and days. Would prefer two eight-hour days and one four-hour day. This role includes invoicing, setting meetings, taking notes, organizing events, doing mailings (mail merge) etc.
Work on updating Compliance database (Catsweb)
Assist with meetings logistics (mailings, prep, and notes)
Send out annual private recreation land use permits, process applications and checks, and maintain database
Annual Report and Annual Implementation Plan preparation, coordination, and distribution
Develop and maintain a photo database
Support program specific budgeting and purchasing, as needed
Assist with coordinating maintenance for fleet equipment
Daily Communication with internal and external stakeholders
Management of data files
Coding and filing of data and reports
Meeting logistics and note taking
Process mailings to stakeholders and others
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
2+ years of general office experience
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines
Strong written communication (Email, presentations, documents)
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable and outstanding organizational skills
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be detail oriented and thorough in following procedures
Strong social skills, must work well with others
Able to work alone and/or under supervision
